This website is informational: it asks for no registration, does no advertising tracking and installs no third-party analytics cookies. The club's forms collect only the data strictly needed for:

• Enrolment and registration: administration of the player, federation and school registration paperwork, and fee management.
• Contact: answering families' questions, doubts or requests for information.
• Communications: sending organisational information, notices and news about the club's activities.

If you write to us by email or phone, your data is used only to reply to you and to manage your relationship with the club.

This website publishes photographs of the club's children taking part in sporting activity, always under the image consent signed by their legal guardians at enrolment. What it never publishes is names, squad numbers or line-ups: the results and tables we show are team data, not personal data.

In accordance with Spanish Organic Law 1/1982 of 5 May, on the right to honour, personal privacy and one's own image: during training sessions, matches or events organised by the club, photographs and video of the sporting activity may be taken.

These images are used exclusively for informational, promotional or communication purposes on the club's official channels, this website included (website, Instagram, Facebook, posters or leaflets). Under no circumstances are they passed to third parties or used commercially. The use of images of minors is subject to the authorisation granted by legal guardians during the season's enrolment process.

Legal guardians may request the removal of any image at any time by writing to oficinanoubasevilanova@gmail.com.

The legal basis is the consent given when completing and submitting the forms. Data is kept for as long as the sporting relationship lasts, or for the periods required by law.

No data is passed to third parties except where required by law, or to process player registrations with the Catalan Football Federation or the Consell Esportiu del Garraf. This website may link to third-party sites; the club accepts no responsibility for their data processing or their privacy policies.

Users (or their legal guardians) may exercise their rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection and restriction by sending a request to oficinanoubasevilanova@gmail.com. They also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).
